IEEE-ICCA’26 (EIGHTH EDITION): The International Conference on Computer and Applications is an annual event focusing on state of the art technologies pertaining to digital information, communications and multimedia. It is the biggest IT conference in the region with over 600 papers from 50 countries by 1500 authors. The conference is an opportunity for researchers and practitioners to meet and discuss the recent trends in computer applications. It opens a new horizon for research collaboration locally and internationally.
The three-day conference will consist of oral and poster presentations with plenary sessions. All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by two reviewers applying the single blind process. Accepted papers will be published as a collective work in an electronic format and will be submitted for indexing in different databases including: (IEEEXplore.ieee.org, SCOPUS, WEB OF SCIENCE, DBLP).
The proceedings of IEEE-ICCA’17 IEEE-ICCA’18 IEEE-ICCA’22 and IEEE-ICCA’23 (IEEE-ICCA’24 and IEEE-ICCA’25) were published in the SCOPUS, IEEE, DBLP. IEEE-ICCA’26 is a good opportunity for participants to meet with leading researchers working on cutting edge engineering research projects. The conference represents an exceptional opportunity to find potential collaborators and introduces your University and institutions in front of key academic leaders and top-tier scholars.
IEEE ICCA has been building an international reputation since its founding, growing into one of the region’s most active annual gatherings for computer science and applications research. Papers accepted and presented are published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library and indexed in Scopus and DBLP, ensuring global visibility and long-term discoverability for our authors’ work.
Every submission undergoes a rigorous peer-review process, conducted by qualified reviewers under IEEE’s publication and ethics standards, including mandatory plagiarism screening prior to acceptance.
IEEE ICCA has not yet been formally submitted for evaluation by international conference-ranking bodies such as CORE (Computing Research and Education Association of Australasia). Based on its scope, review rigor, and indexing profile, IEEE ICCA is comparable to conferences classified at CORE’s “C” level — the tier for peer-reviewed venues meeting recognized international standards for scholarly conferences. IEEE ICCA does not hold, and does not claim, an official CORE ranking, and intends to pursue formal evaluation as its citation record and international program committee continue to grow.
This Collection focuses on AI-enabled smart city and infrastructure systems with an explicit emphasis on cybersecurity, trustworthiness (transparency, reliability, and ethical alignment of AI systems), and resilience (robustness, adaptability, and continuity of services under stress or attack). It aims to bring together cutting-edge research that advances intelligent urban systems while addressing security threats, adversarial risks, data privacy concerns, and system robustness across interconnected cyber-physical environments.

International Conference on Computing Advancements (ICCA) Call for Papers. We invite original research contributions, industry case studies, and innovative applications from academia, industry practitioners, and research professionals for the Industry Special Session at ICCA. This session aims to bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and real-world enterprise deployment, fostering collaboration between industry leaders and the academic community.
Papers submission is done through EDAS management system. Authors should engage that they will not submit their paper(s) to other conferences or journals before the final notification of IEEE-ICCA chairs. The work is considered to be original and belong to the authors with all contents (text, photos, images, figures, tables, etc.). All papers will be checked automatically for plagiarism. IEEE policy requires all submissions to its conference proceedings to be screened through a plagiarism detection process.
Authors must submit original work that: (1) has not appeared elsewhere for publication; (2) is not under review for another refereed publication; (3) cites previous work; (4) indicates how it differs from the previously published work.
The IEEE recognizes the importance of this evolutionary publication process as a significant means of scientific communication and fully supports this publishing standard. At the same time the IEEE requires that this evolutionary process be fully referenced. IEEE defines plagiarism as “the use of someone else’s prior ideas, processes, results, or words without explicitly acknowledging the original author and source.”

In case of EXPLICIT PLAGIARISM, we will inform the IEEE/IPR Office to let them know the author’s name and the details of the incident so that it can be recorded for any repeat incidents by the same author. In case the authors’ misused content was a simple mistake, and the manuscript has merit, then we will inform the authors of the reported similarity and have them revise the paper accordingly and resubmit it.
You can use the IEEE A4 template to prepare your paper for submission. All submission should be done through EDAS. All submitted papers will be peer reviewed by THREE REVIEWERS from the conference TPC committee members.

We give all participants a soft PDF copy of the proceedings. The final proceedings will be submitted to IEEE after the conference for consideration. The publication requires AT LEAST EIGHT (8) weeks after the end of the conference.
Normally the allocated time for the presentation is 15 minutes including questions and answers. The paper should be presented.

All accepted and registered papers should be presented. If you cannot present your paper you should send us your PowerPoint and upload it in EDAS. You should delegate the presentation to one of your co-authors to make it.
IEEE/ICCA is a hybrid conference. Therefore, you can present onsite or online through MS TEAMS or ZOOM. Please select your choice from EDAS (ONLINE or ONSITE).
The proceedings will be given to the participants as a soft copy in PDF. They will be submitted later to IEEE for potential publication and indexing. Note that IEEE/ICCA’17, IEEE/ICCA’18, IEEE/ICCA’22, IEEE/ICCA’23 and IEEE/ICCA’24 proceedings were published by IEEE in their Xplore digital platform (subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements). As for IEEE/ICCA’19, IEEE/ICCA’20 and IEEE/ICCA’21, we didn’t organize the conference due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
We can issue an invitation letter that you can present to the EGYPT Embassy in your country of residence. Normally they accept it and issue your Visa to enter the country smoothly.
We will send the proceedings to all IEEE/ICCA authors as a protected PDF file. Copyright will be given to IEEE to sell the proceedings after the conference. Proceedings.com are selling all ICCA proceedings.
